On-Site Estate Sale
We pride ourselves on being a full service liquidation service. There is a lot involved in conducting and hosting a successful and profitable estate sale. We handle all aspects of the estate sale professionally and efficiently, including organization, set-up, obtaining permits, pricing, merchandising, advertising and hosting during the actual sale.
For this service we take a flat rate commission on what is sold.
Crucially we handle the clear-out process after the sale.. This includes removing donations from the premises, allowing for easy cleaning of the home. We also offer trash removal for an additional flat rate fee.
The biggest advantage to an on-site sale is that just about anything can be sold and it can be more profitable than a buy-out. We have a large following and email list that attracts large crowds to our sales.
Estate Buyout
A buyout enables the fast and efficient liquidation of personal property. We purchase the contents of the estate from you directly.
Unlike an on-site sale you don't have to worry about liability and the possibility of accidents, breakage or theft.
Crucially we also handle the clear-out process after the buyout. This includes removing trash and donations from the premises allowing for easy cleaning of the home.
